A trip down the Mitchell River
ABOUT
This book is a narrative about the Mitchell River, and the journey from the mountains to the ocean via the Gippsland Lakes.
The students were involved in a workshop with Peter and Kelly Coleman from PeeKdesigns where they learnt about the Mitchell River catchment. They looked at the importance of the water cycle, how it connects to the water in the Mitchell River, and why we all need to do our part to look after our rivers, lakes and catchments.
