‘Yindyamarra’ means ‘Respect’ in Wiradjuri
The four Stage 2 classes from Koorignal Public School created this book through a divided-and-conquer process. They formed student collaborative learning teams, where each team took responsibility for a page in the book. The book focuses on various aspects of Wiraduri culture including language, art, tools, tucker, games, stories, interviewing local Elders and providing highlights of their excursion and learning experiences.
